Is there a limit on X bookmarks? X’s folder and local saves are different

TL;DR：This page does not quote a number that would go stale. X’s own bookmark folder lives on their servers, so the limit is whatever your signed-in Bookmarks page says. x-pro.club saves stay on the device, and the extension does not hard-code a count.

Why it happens

Search results for “bookmark limit” disagree because X has changed capacity, and free and paid accounts may differ. A fixed number on this page would be wrong later. Saving on X also does not automatically create an x-pro.club bookmark.

How to do it

1. Read X’s own message — Sign in on x.com and open Bookmarks. If you hit a cap, the page says so. Trust that message, not an old article’s number.
2. Use the extension when you want an offline copy — Use “收藏到 x-pro.club” in the post menu. That copy stays in this browser. For reading after a deletion, see /docs/x-bookmark-archive .
3. Export if local storage fills up — The extension does not reject a save because of a count. A write fails only when the browser’s local storage is full. Export is covered in /docs/x-bookmark-export-notion .
